Department of Health and Human Services
- HHS is hosting a on webinar Friday, November 13 at 1:00 p.m. (eastern) to present updated guidance for hospital data reporting requirements. Go here to register. - HHS’s Office of the Inspector General has released its preparedness audit findings for the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), which found that the ORR ensured that selected care providers were prepared to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services
- CMS has updated its Medicare Telehealth Frequently Asked Questions.
- CMS has updated its Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and CLIA Guidance During the COVID-19 Emergency.
- CMS announced that starting November 10, Medicare beneficiaries can receive coverage of monoclonal antibodies to treat COVID-19 with no cost-sharing. This coverage of monoclonal antibody infusions will also apply to bamlanivimab, which received an Emergency Use Authorization from the FDA on November 9.

- The CDC introduced a new science agenda to frame guidance for ongoing COVID-19 response, 2020-2023. The agenda guides the development of the evidence-base need to strengthen the public health actions, guidance, and policy essential to limit the spread and impact of COVID-19 and end the pandemic.
